The now completed, luxury boutique condo in Ocean Delray is the first new, multifamily construction in the city in the last three decades. With all of the amenities expected within a luxury home, tenants can live comfortably within their 3,373 to 4,400 square foot condo, stroll on the private beachfront, and visit the many shops and restaurants along the popular Atlantic Avenue. “Our goal from the very beginning was to set a new standard of living, unmatched anywhere in South Florida, with state-of the-art design and construction, and that’s exactly what we did,” said John Farina, president and CEO of Philadelphia-based U.S. Construction. Buyers are advised to act fast! Only two of the 19 condos still remain on the market.

U.S. Construction and National Realty Investment Advisors (NRIA) completed a boutique condo along the ocean in Delray Beach.

Ocean Delray is the first multifamily building completed on the ocean in the city in more than 30 years.

Delreay Beach has become a popular place to live and visit because of its beaches and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue, leading to big increases in value in the Palm Beach County city’s residential market.

Sales in Ocean Delray reflect that 17 of the 19 condos have been sold, with prices ranging from $5.9 million to $8.1 million. The two remaining condos are listed at $6.5 million and $6 million.

The condos range from 3,373 to 4,400 square feet. Each condo has an oceanfront terrace and dwellers will have access to a private air-conditioned garage in the parking structure with electric-car charging available.

Amenities include a pool, a fitness room and a lounge. There also will be a 24-hour concierge and 200 feet of beachfront.

“Our goal from the very beginning was to set a new standard of living, unmatched anywhere in South Florida, with state-of-the-art design and construction, and that’s exactly what we did,” said John Farina, president and CEO of Philadelphia-based U.S. Construction.

Delray Beach-based Randall E. Stofft Architecture designed the project. West Palm Beach-based Kast Construction was the general contractor.

Meanwhile, U.S. Construction is planning the 1625 Ocean condo in Delray Beach and it’s teaming with Secaucus, New Jersey-based NRIA to build five luxury homes called the Estates at Ocean Delray.
